Sales, distribution and Installation

We offer a full sales and distribution service from most major manufactures within industry, but also pride our self’s on find those one off hard to source items, that larger companies may not have the time or knowledge where to locate. We also offer a full installation service for all our products and systems if required.

Full workshop facilities

We have a fully equipped workshop for repairs and test of equipment, access to parts from all major manufactures in the professional market. This allows faster repairs and servicing, as we understand that in many cases a break down for a customer can delay productivity.

On site maintenance contracts

We offer a maintenance contract service for all customers, normally based upon a 1-year contract with 2 visits to site to clean and align equipment. It also includes a discount on our normal parts and labor rates and parts. Customers report this service allows them to be aware of working status of machines and budgeting for any replacements that maybe required in the future.

Technical support and training

As part of our sales and maintenance services we offer full technical support and if required product training in conjunction with the manufactures. This can be either by telephone, email, on site or at our own premises.
